New River's Edge is located on the beautiful banks of the New River in Pembroke, Virginia - only 20 minutes from Blacksburg and Virginia Tech and 25 minutes from Radford University making it the perfect place to hang out on those busy graduation weekends. Bring your family and relax for the day tubing the gentle waters and class one rapids of the New River from the Pembroke boat landing back to the lodge. A 20 minute float that you can take again and again. Shuttle is provided.We also provide recreational kayaks for your enjoyment. Life jackets, paddles and lessons for beginners are included. We also offer at no extra expense to overnight guests, canoes, kayaks and tubing with life jackets, dry bags, coolers and shuttle service. We can put 30 people or more on the river at one time. At New River's Edge all the goodies are included and your stay is private and personal. One price, no lines and no crowds.
