The evening activities at New River’s Edge were initially established for the fisherman in mind. A day’s trip fishing on the New River can be, and often is, spectacular. But the evening can be nothing short of magical. Wade fishing using top water lures in the late evening hours often produce explosive results around the islands at New River’s Edge.

New River’s Edge guests agree to abide by strict adherence to catch and release practice. Plenty of pictures will be taken to remember your catch. Plan your day on the river before retiring to the cabin.

Guided Float Trips

Guided raft, canoe or kayak trips are available for full or half day floats with lunch provided upon request. We require advanced notice of 24 hours minimum.
